• Ensure that all provided content complies with applicable laws

• Respond to requests for information or approval in a timely manner

Delays in communication may impact results or timelines.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for services are specified in the client agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments are due within the agreed billing period

• Late payments may result in suspension of services

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Novexis reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Results Disclaimer

SEO and digital marketing results cannot be guaranteed. Search engine rankings depend on numerous factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, competition, and market conditions.

Novexis does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or conversion outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property

All strategies, reports, content, graphics, and deliverables created by Novexis remain the intellectual property of Novexis until full payment is received.

Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing trademarks, logos, and content provided to Novexis.

Novexis may use anonymized project data for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent unless required by law.

7. Third-Party Tools

Novexis may utilize third-party tools, software, or platforms to deliver services. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes made by these third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novexis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the previous three months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.

Upon termination:

• Outstanding invoices remain payable

• Access to services may be revoked

• Deliverables will be provided based on completed work

10. Compliance with Laws

Clients agree not to use Novexis services for unlawful, misleading, or deceptive purposes, including spam, fraudulent advertising, or prohibited content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the business operates, unless otherwise required by local regulations.

12. Updates to Terms

Novexis reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
